It was so special for my son and I.Welcome to Switzerland. Hotel Alex was amazing, thank you so much for having us stay there. old son died while I was on the trip and having a room with issues was frustrating. I was already having a hard time because my friends 18 yr. My air conditioning didn't work at all and neither did the tv. It was hard going from Alex hotel in Zermatt to the Lucerne hotel. It smelled pretty bad and the rooms were so plain. The only thing I really didn't like was the hotel in Lucerne. She really made sure everyone was comfortable and cared for. Toni? What can you say about her? She did an amazing job, like a walking google search engine. The restaurants with big tables were great for getting to know tour members. Places where we stayed were just right I wouldn't have wanted to stay in Munich, but enjoyed visiting. love the quaint villages as well as charming Vienna, Salzburg, Lucerne and Munich. Oberammergau, Titisee, Alex hotel, Neuschwanstein castle.
